WordPress Theme Directory
WordPress just recently announced a new theme directory at their site. You can find it at http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
For a long time, they have wanted to make a theme directory based on the model of the popular plugin directory.
They have made it easier than ever for authors to upload new themes and based upon the popularity of the old site, themes.wordpress.net , you can be sure as word gets out about the new directory, this will grow into a monster of a collection of free wordpress themes.
There are currently only a few available there, but be sure to check back often.

Yes, there are quite a few changes with the new phpBay. There are several more options and there are some changes regarding how the plugin is loaded. I am testing the installation across several hosting platforms before I proceed with entries here.
