In my opinion, one of the hardest things to get ready for your niche sites are the templates for them. If this poses a problem for you as well, then head on over to Ben Johnson's new site - GreatNicheTemplates.com
You will find a nice selection of templates to use for WordPress, PhpBay, PhpBay - eCommerce, and WordPress BANS integration available for FREE download. There may be a paid template or two, but the majority are free and readily available for you to use. Be sure to check back often as more templates are coming.

I’m not too familiar with the BANS deal but I have been hearing alot about it lately… I guess it seems only fair to offer readers the appropriate template when they arrive to your site looking for cellphones etc.. If the site meets the idea they had in their mind about what to expect they will probably stay around longer and check out more content.. Thanks
